2026 Skegness Raceway Points

If an effort to streamline and make the points easier to understand we will be using the format below. Results etc will now also be poste in the drivers section on www.skegway.info News on the Track Championships are due tomorrow.

Gold Roof Points
1st – 40
2nd – 38
3rd – 36
All 3 then retire from the meeting, the rest score normal point depending if the race is deemed a heat or a Final

Other Championships (Final Points), British, English, European (1300 Saloons only)
The Top 3 will retire after the title race and get Maximum points from any races missed after the championship

UK
Saturday no final scoring race. all are classed as heat points (no 30pt rule)
Sunday there is only one race that can score full final points (excluding the UK top 3), either the UK final or the meeting Final (Mitch Memorial) subject to car numbers and if the UK has to be deemed as a heat to qualify for the meeting final.
With the Mitch Memorial the race (or races) after the UK championship. The top 3 must race in all up to and including the memorial. After that they retire from the meeting with max points from any races missed after.
UK Championship will be final points to the top 3 with the rest scoring normal points subject to it being deemed a heat or a final.

If championship is lost they will revert to red as a minimum (if in superstar points they are a ss)
This applied to gold as well. After the end of that grading period the driver can drop to where they are in the points chart But can only drop 1 grade at a time.

Points – All Cars all races or two thirds format
Heats 10 to 1
Final 20 to 2 but to get double points you must have scored in the heats.

as above but where the number of drivers going to the final are less than 10 drivers still get points BUT if they qualify via the con the higher points count and the lower points are lost.

GT Hotrods – 6 race formats
Heats and B Final as above
Final Double points as above.


There is Prize Money for top 3 in Rookie Bangers, 1300 Saloons, GT Hotrods & National Bangers. This can be collect from the main bar after the meeting, please take your log book.
The prize money can vary depending on if any sponsorship is added.
There is no prize money for Junior Formulas
